Terms of Service

1. The service

Unreel, operated by Foundry, generates short-form video content from prompts and reference assets you provide. Output quality, timing, and availability are not guaranteed and depend on third-party model providers.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Unreel, and you must use it only for lawful purposes.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cadence shown at checkout. Plan capacity (the included number of videos) resets each billing period and does not roll over. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your content and generated output

You retain ownership of the prompts and assets you upload. You are responsible for holding the rights to anything you submit. Subject to these terms and your active plan, you own the videos Unreel generates for you and may use them commercially. You may not submit content that infringes others' rights or depicts a real person without their consent.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Unreel to create unlawful, deceptive, or harmful media, to impersonate others, or to evade platform or legal restrictions. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its providers.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Unreel is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foundry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes and contact
